I decided that it's best that we make a list of rules so that it's easier to understand. So please read this before even thinking about using one of the layouts below. It will save you a lot of trouble...and of course us the trouble.

1. This is obvious, NO JOCKING! No jocking anything at all. We take the time out to make these for you, we deserve some respect. Dont Touch My Blinkies There Pretty And On There For A Reason... This Is A Warning.. From Gailan ......There Pretty

2. Never remove any links to us on the layouts that you used. You will be blocked from ever using our layouts again if we catch you doing so.

3. Don't alter any of the graphics, that is stealing and very disrespectful. Don't alter any of the code either. Unless it's just removing the blink boxes because not everyone likes those which is ok.

4. Be Polite And Nice. That's just common sense, hopefully most of you are mature enough to know that. That means no flaming anyone or anything (including the layouts) if you really hate these layouts then just turn around and leave, no harm done.
